All orders are shipped from Lilyfield, NSW 2040. Standard shipping within Australia: 2-4 business days. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Orders must be placed before 12pm on that day to allow for processing times. Express Post orders are sent on the day of ordering if placed before 12pm. Care Instructions

  • Ensure your candle burns evenly by letting it burn for a while when you light it for the first time. ( Normally 1 hr.)
  • Only burn a candle on a level surface away from curtains.
  • Keep out of reach from children & pets.
  • Never place the candle near anything that could catch fire.
  • Never leave a candle unattended or move while lit.
  • Don not burn a candle for more than 3hrs at a time.
  • Trim candle wicks to 5mm each time before lighting.
  • Always retire your candle with wax in it.
